Woke up Saturday and my Boston was not right at all. I called and they said they were booked but I could walk in and wait. So I did. Prepared to wait a long time, I was there less than 2 hours from check in to check out. The vet who saw my baby was super kind and listened an explained all things to me. She was adamant that if the meds we were trying didn't work or she got worse to call her immediately. I'm super grateful for them seeing us and being so kind.
Love this place. Staff are always so nice to me and my Duke. Even though we’ve moved to SLC I still use this office because of how great they are!
We have been seeing Dr. Kirkland for over 20 years, for all our pet's needs. They are friendly, patient and the best with all of our pets. When it came time to put one of our beloved pets, they were incredibly patient and understanding, and we never felt rushed. We will keep going back to Mountain View as long as it stands! Thanks for everything you've done for our pets, our family.
Just had to take my sweet little chihuahua Poppy in to be euthanized, all the staff there were just so caring and made it easier for my husband and I to get through this hard time. The vetranarian Jennifer Van Wagoner was wonderful and so caring. Thank you for your service. Would recommend this animal hospital to everyone.
I took my Newman in yesterday without an appt, to have something routine done. I found out he had a big mass on his prostate and it could not be removed. The vet was very kind and went over our options. My family showed up and the vet explained the situation again and we decided the humane thing would be to put him to sleep.
