Expensive, Rude, unprofessional,! I went there today because my cat developed a abscess over the weekend. When the doctor first came out she was very nice and very sweet to my cat, she told me what needed to be done (put under, abscess removed, stitched up, drain put in, ecollar, and on antibiotics). She told me she would get a estimate and be right back. She never came back. Good Vets I've taken four generations of my dogs this clinic since the 90's and I think they do a good job. My dogs are like my kids and I don't trust them with just anybody. They have always kept my dogs healthy.
IMMORAL!!!!!!!! For the most part...RUDE!!! The staff has a very high turnover rate. Dr. Stutesman is in it for no other reason than the money. He has no idea what goes on inside his clinic. They change their hours constantly. Want my opinion? Go somewhere else! Not to mention, completely IMMORAL!!!! If you love your pet, stay away!!!
Poor service Bad service,high prices, high turnover, the manager was rude, and we paid for services that weren't performed.
Mountain View Animal Hospital We had to use this clinic once when we first moved here when my dog got very sick. They were the only place we could find on short notice to take us. They took wonderful care of my dog and feel that they are very caring. We ended up moving to their other location becasue it was closer to us and they are just as good.
Our Experience... My husband and I take our pets to Mountain View Animal Hospital. I have found their staff to be EXTREMELY professional, ALWAYS polite, and the doctors really do care about your pets. Their fees are right in-line with what we have found in this area. Drs. Duke & Pennell went out of their way when one of our pets had a serious liver issue, even staying after hours to observe how she was doing. Dr. Stutesman has been very good to us, as well. All about the Money! Charge for this, fee for that. Not interested in care but CASH. Dr. Barlow's great. But...a fee for them to write a prescription. What's next a charge if my dog poops on the floor?
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible This place cannot keep a good staff. The turnover is unbelieveable. Must be the management situation, which I understand is the worst. Find somewhere else to take your pet if you want good, compasionate medical care for your pets. Dr. Stutesman could care less about your pets; he is only out for money, and to see how large he can make his monopoly. Mt. View Animal Hospital This is the best vet I have every taken my dogs to. I have no problem getting appts. and don't have to wait long when I get there. I have Dr. Pennel and he is just wonderful with my dogs. He gets on the floor with them if they are scared and talks to them and pets them until they are comfortable. I have also kenneled my dogs here and they seemed very content when I picked them up and they smelled clean along with their blankets. I would highly recommend this place.
