Attention To Detail The doctors at this Clinic do a complete analyst of the problem or health check first thing. They are compassionate to the animals and the owners as well. They have kept my dogs in the best health by not only caring for them but advice to me for my care for them. When I did have to put down one of my dogs from old age, they were understanding and compassionate.
Really great experiences For what its worth, I'm a pretty picky person in general and I have had many wonderful experiences with this office. In fact, in 6 years of having our labrador, we've lived in 6 cities and seen at least as many vets. I have never had the care and attention from the vet as I have here. Too big, less thorough on pets This clinic was great about 5 years ago. It has grown and during it's expansion has lost toouch with the pet owners who put them on the map. On our last visit, the wait time with an empty waiting room was over 25 minutes.Sorry to say we had to change vets when real solutions to our pet's health problem were not available here.
Expensive, Rude, unprofessional,! I went there today because my cat developed a abscess over the weekend. When the doctor first came out she was very nice and very sweet to my cat, she told me what needed to be done (put under, abscess removed, stitched up, drain put in, ecollar, and on antibiotics). She told me she would get a estimate and be right back. She never came back. Good Vets I've taken four generations of my dogs this clinic since the 90's and I think they do a good job. My dogs are like my kids and I don't trust them with just anybody. They have always kept my dogs healthy.
Poor service Bad service,high prices, high turnover, the manager was rude, and we paid for services that weren't performed.
Mountain View Animal Hospital We had to use this clinic once when we first moved here when my dog got very sick. They were the only place we could find on short notice to take us. They took wonderful care of my dog and feel that they are very caring. We ended up moving to their other location becasue it was closer to us and they are just as good.
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible This place cannot keep a good staff. The turnover is unbelieveable. Must be the management situation, which I understand is the worst. Find somewhere else to take your pet if you want good, compasionate medical care for your pets. Dr. Stutesman could care less about your pets; he is only out for money, and to see how large he can make his monopoly. Excellent Care What great care the staff at Mountain View Animal Hospital provides! Dr. Nelson is an excellent veterinarian. The staff is knowledgeable and very compassionate. I would recommend them to anyone!!
