Most of the time everyone is very friendly and helpful
I was really upset that I felt retaliation from my gripes and complaints toward mountain view heights. I totally feel redeemed today. I was given the opportunity to work things out with the management and I really appreciate the replacement refrigerator. It looks good and works great. Im thankful and grateful it was a situation that needed to be addressed and it was addressed in a timely manner. Tha you.
