They don't fix anything. my ac and heat doesnt work. My washer has never worked. My oven doesnt work. There's raw sewage out My back door where kids play. They refuse to fix anything here and it's not just my unit, it's most of them... Do NOT move here if you don't have to.
The upkeep is horrible. They take forever to fix anything if at all. Mold is growing around the vents up stairs and the wall beside my washer is falling apart. It leaks and we’ve been told those aren’t a necessity so they won’t fix it. I’ve had a gas leak which led to unsafe carbon monoxide levels, a ceiling fan has been very loosely hanging from the wall in my son’s room ever since we moved in. They never fix anything you have to call and call and still takes forever for anything done. There’s roaches everywhere everything is outdated and they don’t care I would not recommend my dog stay here .
