We have had this delivery service for over three years. The sole reason that we have stayed with them was because I personally like Mountain Valley Water, definitely not the service from this outfit. We had to call dozens of times to get a delivery. Then he complained when he brought the bottles. The only time that he ever called us back promptly was when we cancelled. Save yourself the time and find your Mountain Valley water somewhere else. If they had a real distributor in our market they would dominate.

I am very sad that this provider isn't more reliable. It would be nice to have water delivered weekly, on schedule. This was not the case at all. The empty jugs sit out for days (on the scheduled day of the week) without being replenished. Calls to this number are hardly ever answered. I know that the driver is busy but the customers deserve a heads-up and a routine delivery. Had to cancel service. Hope they refund all my glass jug deposits soon $$$$.

I wish I could give this business 5 stars. John rarely ever answers the phone and does not give you a call back when you leave a voicemail. He will set up a time to come and does not show and gives no warning.
