If I could give less than a 1 star I would. I was in a bind and they charged me $1,400 to replace a garbage disposal. AN ABSURD AMOUNT. I have talked to the manager several times and he agreed to give a $100 credit on my card and $400 on my account rewards balance. Neither seems to have happened. I'd love a call back confirming that it has been done rather than me constantly calling. I had been a customer for years...until my recent experience. I'd love a call from the owner...

Alex did an amazing job installing a sink in my pottery studio. He was so kind and polite and knew what he was doing. It was an involved job and he did a beautiful job.

They truly go above and beyond. Alex did custom boiler work for me to add a secondary heat source and did an excellent job. He not only removed some old, very heavy equipment that was no longer needed, but also worked creatively with me and his team to find a proper solution. When a minor leak popped up overnight, I told him he could come by anytime within the next week—he was at my house the very next day. Highly recommend!

I must say that this business over the last 2 years has really gone through a bad transition and I would not recommend them. The "maintenance" package they upsell is not clear, nor do I believe the value is there. I have pretty much a brand new home and every time a technician comes over to do this seasonal inspection they recommend some kind of service... But it is always followed up with, 'You don't necessarily need that now, maybe in a year or two, but, I'll write you up a quote'. Once they do that you will receive non-st... read more
