Let me preface this by saying we used Mountain valley for decades. We worked closely with the former owner Gary and as he sold to JD we stuck with the new owner until it became crystal clear how JD was going to run this business. JD has also shifted to a “service model” where you pay a ridiculous yearly annual fee and certain “services” are included. The issue is, they pay their staff on commission. Mason was a great technician who ensured our a/c was all set to go for the summer.
Had heating system installed Feb 26, 2025. As of March 6, it is still not working. The thermostat is not reading correctly. We are either too cold or too hot, not the 72 degrees we have it set to. Mountain Valley failed to install a working HVAC system. Had to spend $100 on external temp sensors and disable the thermostat's sensor. The system is now working. They installed a heat pump system that hasn't work for 3 days now. Technician came out 2 days in a row, no change to performance. Have a service contract with them, but they only work regular business hours. No emergency contact. Now I have to wait till Monday making it 6 days with out a working heater. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
We had a few small sink and restroom jobs and Rocky the Plumber did a great job on them all. Thank you very much!
