Had heating system installed Feb 26, 2025. As of March 6, it is still not working. The thermostat is not reading correctly. We are either too cold or too hot, not the 72 degrees we have it set to. Mountain Valley failed to install a working HVAC system. Had to spend $100 on external temp sensors and disable the thermostat's sensor. The system is now working. They installed a heat pump system that hasn't work for 3 days now. Technician came out 2 days in a row, no change to performance. Have a service contract with them, but they only work regular business hours. No emergency contact. Now I have to wait till Monday making it 6 days with out a working heater. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
We had a few small sink and restroom jobs and Rocky the Plumber did a great job on them all. Thank you very much!
I am just disappointed with the total lack of care for a customer who has been asking for help regarding help with the rebate form that we need to fill out in order to get a rebate from our utilities company (to the tune of $1500.00, based on a 6 ton heat pump installed). It has been over 2 and a half months and despite repeated calls, texts and emails, their response has been tone deaf?? Having spent over $16,000.00 on this new system, we feel cheated and used?? I have always been treated fairly by the techs that come out, and the general manager Wes is very nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend using this company.
