No care from staff during my wife’s last week of life. No follow up. Sad with no possible excuse for the lack of care and zero empathy at her life’s end. There are excellent hospice providers in this region. Mountain Valley isn’t one of them. Do your research! Reviews without comments are usually and often from employees, friends and relatives of those who own, run, work for or otherwise benefit from this firm.

RecommendedExtremely thankful for all of those who helped us through one of the toughest times we’ve ever been through. My dad was in Yadkinville at SECU & I couldn’t of asked for better people to take care of him. You have no idea how thankful we are for you all. Y’all are the best. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

RecommendedThe staff was excellent with the care of my parents. They made the transition from this earth to their heavenly home peaceful. Our family was informed of every development that occurred. It helped us to accept the process of the inevitable death that we knew was happening. Great organization and would recommend them to everyone.

My mom was only under their care for not even a week and the organization of their care and talking to one another is awful. If it wasn't for her children riding them for meds she would of suffered. I would not recommend this place.
