I couldn‘t be more pleased with my new system(s) and the service from MVHC. Just moved here from Texas and the systems were installed without any supervision from us. Kevin came back out to tutor me through the thermostats and Otis has been here twice to replace a valve that I suspect was damaged by a power outtage, though no one has said that. Otis knows my house better than I do! The ladies that field my calls are always patient, polite and resourceful. It clearly comes from the top down. Thank you!

Otis and his crew was on time and completed the install in a timely manner. They cleaned up after they completed their job. Otis went over the function of the thermostat. I have been with Mountain Valley for 20 years. I have always been satisfied with their work, and honesty. Last Friday I was due for my unit check up. Daniel P. & Jordan came to perform the service. Jordan noticed issued I was having and recommended a new unit. My unit is 38 years old, so this is something I had expected. Jim Little performed my service maintenance check yesterday and I was extremely pleased with his professionalism, thoroughness and knowledge. I had a new product installed and really appreciated the information given to me so I would know if it was working properly. Especially appreciate the fact I never felt "talked down to" because I'm a woman.
