OMG! This company is the DEFINITION of nightmare! First, the floor planner makes us wait 2 weeks while she goes on vacation. Then she tells us that she will get us our quote when she returns. The staff and service are great at MVF. Ashley and Amanda were incredibly helpful in helping me think through my selections. They came to my home on several occasions (a 45 minute drive!) to bring me samples and look at the rooms I was renovating. I recommend them highly.
We signed a contract on June 2021 with Mountain Valley Floors to install LVT flooring in the kitchen dining and front entryway. The contract specified the flooring, the transitions and the labor. We paid 50% down. While supply chain issues caused what we thought was a delay in finishing the installation since the material for the transitions was delayed, it became apparent that the specified product was simply never going to materialize after waiting many weeks, in fact they were metal and couldn’t be used on our floor anywa... read more
These folks have been so easy to work with, so responsive, and have done excellent work on two of our business locations' floors--carpet and tile both and they've been awesome!
