I cannot say enough great things about MVFC; the individualized chiropractic care, nutritional consults, friendly and loving family atmosphere. The up to date health workshops, and grocery store tours, to name a few, of the wonderful services provided all bringing improving ones health and quality of life to the forefront. Dr. Pala and his team are the best! After fighting back and hip pain for years, I started seeing Dr. Pala in January. My back is feeling great and I can even cross my legs again!! This group really cares about me and my health!
I used to be a major chiropractic sceptic when I first walked into the MVFC office. It turns out I was majorly misinformed. Dr. Pala gave a very clear presentation that showed how all of our health is influenced by the health of our spine. All of the messages that come from your brain--the control center of your body--flow through your spine. If there's a block in the river, the messages won't get through.
