We drove over an hour to look at a Yellow Jeep, told them we were coming. We test drove it and smelled antifreeze when we opened the hood. When we walked inside to talk to someone about it, the girl at the front desk said no one was available to talk to us. When I asked how long it would be until someone was available (we could have run to grab a bite to eat or something while we waited), she very rudely told me that she can’t just lock someone out of the office and I would have to wait.
