He walked us through the inspection, as he completed it, and discussed all of the items noted as we went. The report was received the same day. From the first contact Justin was professional, friendly and efficient. He arrived early to the appointment and walked us through the entire house inside and out. He was conscious of our time, our costs and our concerns. He took his time walking us through every detail. The inspection report was delivered the same day and was very detailed. He included pictures and recommendations that were very helpful.
He was on time and very meticulous with all aspects of the inspection. He was willing to go above and beyond throughout the process, as well as continuing communication afterwards. Highly recommended.
