RecommendedMy dad lives there. He loves it.
The staff are responsive and caring toward all of the residents. They have done a wonderful job of helping my mom remain as independent as possible despite her Alzheimer's, providing the care that she needs while still allowing her to have her own personal area with her belongings around her. The staff has also been very thoughtful and compassionate during this COVID-19 pandemic when so many of the long-term care facilities have been hit hard. The staff truly have my mom's best interests in mind in all that they do!
I feel the staff is very helpful to the patients and keep them entertained daily.
It's beautiful and the staff is great.
The highlight to me is how the staff and residents feel like we are all family.
Everyone from the administrator to the housekeepers do a wonderful job. Mom has been there 2years and they are our extended family. They really do care for the residents and go out of there way to brighten their everyday. If you can no longer be at home this is the place to be.
I feel privileged to know the staff and residents here! There is a sense of pride and respect that the caregivers have for their job that creates a positive home environment for all who call Mountain Terrace their home. Being a caregiver, housekeeper, cook, or management is more than just a job to all who are employed here, it is a way to help enrich the lives of the amazing residents that we are so lucky to know. Very nice place! Staff are all very kind and caring, I finally feel my mom is in place where she will get the care that she needs!
