They sent me the wrong part (tarp system arm). It was clearly the salespersons fault. This happened almost 3 years ago. I understand things happen, so that’s not why I left a 1 star review. I tried for 2 years to get a refund. I ordered the new part (had to pay for it) and waited. I eventually gave up on getting a refund because it wasn’t worth the time I had invested and continued to invest. Nobody that I got on the phone was willing to help me. Good place. However, one of the workers I believe his name started with an L was not the friendliest.
Absolutely great folks to work with ...blake is a stand up fellow ...tarp system is top shelf ..rolls effortlessly...we did electrip kit for 4 now on our dust trailers and no one around can match there quality and service ....highly recommend these folks to anyone looking for trailer tarp systems....shout out to blake definitely appreciate all you guys have done and will do in the future
