I worked with Bob Guy at Mountain States Plumbing and Heating after being referred by C&H Property Rental. Brian spoke very highly of the company, and my experience absolutely lived up to that recommendation. I own an older duplex (built in 1981), and one of the furnaces was acting up. I didn’t want to leave a bad review. But the call today trying for the second year to collect payment at tax time has left me no choice not to. In 2024 I moved my father in law into my home for palliative care. At that time I learned that my guest shower had the absolute worst squealing when in use. I asked my realtor for a recommendation and found Mountain States. Called on 10/ 2 /2025 they didn't want to to give me a time or date because Monday and Tuesday they wanted to get the important problems taken care of first that was fine with me my problem was not an emergency . They were going to call me the first of the week nothing today is 10/28/25

Responsive business with fast call back time. Professional and personable communication. Pleasant and competent plumber who fixed our broken hose faucet after it froze over the winter. Pricing was fair.
