Their nurse Jessica Odell is horrible. I went their with swollrn lymph nodes & all she did the first time was feel them & say "yeah sometimes they swell like that" No Antibiotics or anything. & the next time I went back she offered me cetirizine & nasal spray. she is a joke of a nurse practioner & very rude. i will NEVER go back to their firm!
Dr. James Shipley is a wonderful Dr. He takes time to listen & do what needs to be done. Thanks for caring.
Anyone else having communications difficulties with MSMG?
To much going on with this medical group to even try and type. Major thing prescriptions never showed up at pharmacy. When I called a week later was given some excuse that my pharmacy was a different one than the one I had listed. Then when I do get my prescriptions the one I'm out if is not there and they can't tell me why. No message or follow up call to explain why I didn't receive it. Nothing. The new doctor I was assigned because mine left only wrote my prescriptions for 1 month. No refills. This is blood pressure medic... read more
Dr. Shipley is wonderful. Always takes the time to listen to my needs and never rushes me. His nurse Jamie is great too. She even calls and checks on me! Great staff !
Dr. Shipley and his practice are great. He takes the time to listen to his patients and truly cares. I would highly recommend him or anyone in his group.
