Bunch of morons think they own the public street telling people they own it and can’t park there doesn’t even get out of his truck just rolls down his window starts yelling and if you look at the GIS survey guess what it’s marked as public street
These guys are jerks. They park their trucks half out on the highway while standing around chit chatting. Also, they leave notice of road closures, so you drive miles only to have to turn around and go back
