I am very satisfied with the Staff and Service Department. They all have done a great job. The mechanics that have serviced my truck were very through. I am very particular with my Tundra Truck and I am always amazed how well the services was.
I’d give them a ZERO if I could. After driving more than an hour to get here, I walked in and was told the used car I had an appointment to see had sold 5 minutes before I arrived. They offered to show me other vehicles. I think it was a bait and switch. Very poor business practice. Buyer beware.

We recently purchased a used vehicle from Mountain States Toyota and the whole experience was great. Easy to test drive, and the paperwork was quick and easy they did all the work for us!! Thorough cleaning of the vehicle plus they filled the tank for us without asking. Overall great car buying experience.

it's a great place if you want to buy a car and not be pushed into it. it's your decision and our guy went to Colorado Springs to get the color m y husband wanted. The staff, service department are absolutely wonderful. we had a blown tire from a foreign object picked up on the road. They fixed it showed me what happened. Offered a complete free inspection filled up my fluids. only thing they did not do is the complete clean and sanitize inside the car as we planned. I didn't realize until I pulled away.
