The staff was not nice, took too long that what they told me.
We went to Mountain States Toyota looking for a nice daily driving smaller vehicle like a Camry. Found one we liked and bought it, so pretty simple. The sales man was Chris Ellerbrock and was super knowledgeable and made the whole transaction go very smoothly. A+++ for this dealership the whole team down there is awesome!!😀
My girlfriend bought a car here back in august. There is apparently aftermarket wiring to the airbag sensors that was done here. It took an hour and a half to get a rental for the time they would have the vehicle, and after receiving the rental there was a loaded pistol in the center console. Go anywhere else, I honestly feel a craigslist car is safer at this point.
I bought my first dealership car here, and I have to say I would never go anywhere else. They go to the full extent to satisfy their customers. I believe our sales guy name was Nick Fuentes and he never once left me confused, or questioning if I’m making the right decision. Every question I had, he had an answer for. And if he didn’t have the answer. He went out of his way immediately to get it solved. I would recommend everyone that goes here ask for Nick. He was absolutely amazing. We went to purchase our 2nd car with in 3 months, the customer service is horrible the sales rep, tay an older guy he was at the dealership but wasn’t willing to fill out my paperwork till Monday. A day prior I got a call from them that I have an appointment at 11 today and when I get there they said I never even had an appointment.
