Don’t use. I’ve had to have them fix my furnace and duct work atleast 2 times. The first was that it wasn’t properly zoned. The next, they failed to connect duct work to the vents in my upstairs. Now the issue I’m dealing with is i have square duct transitioning into round duct. They failed to put in a transition piece. Instead of doing it right, they spray foamed around everything to “seal” it. (I call it hiding) When I called, Freddy was as ass about the situation. air conditioning unit was not functioning properly, so I scheduled a service visit. The technician performed a series of seemingly ineffective tests and charged me an excessive amount for simply replacing the thermostat. Additionally, he placed a sticker on the wall, which I found unprofessional. After the visit, I had to contact them again as the issue was not resolved. My daughter bought a new home in Elkins. We found the AC was out and called Mountain State. Anthony came out and gave us a great price on a brand new unit. Not only that, but they came out the next day and put it in. Cindy, Anthony, Freddie and their whole crew were all great to work with. Fast, Friendly, and Fair...I highly recommend.
