The lamb Cubano was awesome.
I find Mt. Standard has dropped it's standards (sic). It's hit and miss.

Very nice restaurant in a Fabulous setting on Gore Creek in Vail, Colorado. Employees were really nice and added to the enjoyment.
One of the best meals we have ever had! Unique but not weird. Octopus & pimento cheese appetizers were amazing! Everybody loved their dinners especially the pork shank & chicken! Great wine selection.
Great place and the bartenders are great peeps! Had a blast peeled shrimp and turkey club was awesome! TK
