This is our all time favourite restaurant when we are in Vail! The menu is well thought out, & the flavour combinations are just delicious! The dish I just keep coming back for is their Ora King Salmon, with Brussels sprouts, coal roasted sweet potatoes, apple Yuzu dressing & Korean chilli! Love it!

So good! We over ordered as always, but we wanted to try everything!!! The crudo was the best I’ve ever had...perfect amount of acid and heat, and great texture...pork belly was insane! Service was fantastic..can’t wait to go back!!!

Great service. Great food. Even for my "fast food" 21 year old. Been to Sweet Basil years ago and loved it. Decided to try Moutain Standard this trip. Did not disappoint.

We had drinks and apps at the bar twice while we were in Vail. Bartenders are very good, cordial and personable. Bar is very popular spot, as we usually had to wait for a couple of seats, but that’s ok. Food is very good, no complaints. Typical Vail pricing, so if you’re looking for cheap, go somewhere else. Only negative I have is the temperature inside is very warm!! Otherwise great place.
