We hired this company to install new roofs and a concrete driveway. Nathan and his concrete crew charged us for 1000 square ft of concrete for our driveway. When the project was finished it’s less than 850 square ft. Then they tried to overcharge charge for a short load of concrete because they didn’t order enough. Nathan then demanded payment within 30 min of completion. I had 2 roofs replaced by this company. The first roof was fine. The second roof this company replaced entailed lots of promises never kept. Always talked about gutters and how they would refer , Never did that. I had to call them out to check the second roof for a leak that was not caused by the roof. While they came to check the roof their employee slipped off the beams a caused damage in upstairs bedroom. They promised again to fix the damage at no charge. Nathan is very good to work with; he explained the entire process well and answered any questions or concerns I had. The crew was very efficient and professional.
Nathan and Jonah were great throughout the entire process of getting out roofing replaced. I had a deadline to sell my house and Nathan and Jonah coordinated the timing perfectly so I could close on my house on time. This company is professional and relies on great communication with their customers. My material was delivered at 11am the workers came at 1pm and were finished by 6pm.
