My experience with this facility was appalling. I was rescheduled once. When I finally went in for my appointment, I was asked to change in a bathroom that was not handicap accessible. I had to lean against a counter to change my clothes. This could have caused me to fall as my balance is not good. Then I waited an hour and the technician never showed.
