I just did my Sleep Study last night. I was a bit nervous going into it, not knowing what to expect. Isaac was my technician, and he immediately made me feel comfortable. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get everything put in place and Isaac explained everything as he was doing it. The conversation was very easy and jovial, and he addressed all the questions/concerns that I had. I will admit that it was hard to sleep, but only because I was in my own head and not in my own bed. So, my Doctor requested a sleep study and I am in the middle of trying to have an at home test. So far, these people seem to be very unorganized and rather uncommunicative. I had gotten an email to fill out forms and set up an account on Azalea. After that, it was crickets for a few weeks. I finally called to find out where I was in the process. I have had two diagnostic sleep studies at the Brighton location. I have been very pleased. the first report came back within a week to my pulmonary specialist and he had to order an echocardiogram. we received the results back and we have had another sleep study this time focusing on the apap and I'm expecting that to be completed so I can you see my primary pulmonologist this week and seek to get the apap machine. I am very pleased with my care. These folks have explained the differences.

My experience with this facility was appalling. I was rescheduled once. When I finally went in for my appointment, I was asked to change in a bathroom that was not handicap accessible. I had to lean against a counter to change my clothes. This could have caused me to fall as my balance is not good. Then I waited an hour and the technician never showed. …Just go somewhere else I signed up for a sleep test with MSD. MSD made sure to inform me that if I didn’t show up there would be a $100 fine/tax/’inconvenience’ fee). After much difficulty finding the S Parker Rd. location (difficult to find since the landlord is too cheap to illuminate a sign at night), they explained that during the test--if the apnea was severe, that I would be awoken and fitted with a CPAP for the remainder of the study. The treatment was great, but they still owe me $1,230 from treatment that I prepaid for and then my insurance company paid for on January 17, 2020. I have called their billing department multiple times (about 6), and each time they tell me a different answer. At first, it was they were still getting checks entered from insurance companies (two months after the insurance company said they cashed it), and they said it would be a few weeks before they sent me the refund check.
