I spoke to the Jenna in the leasing office and she was extremely helpful! The apartment my bf and I toured was very impressive and he wanted to move in immediately…I think being so close to the golf course was a major factor ;) but all kidding aside, I would love to live there.
I've been here for about three years. Chill place, clean, responsive staff and maintenance. I have always felt safe here at night. Pretty good soundproofing on the 3rd floor. Parking is good. Clubhouse and pool are nice. The maintenance crew is amazingly kind and knowledgeable. There are lots of Mountain Swallows on the buildings, so if that bothers you, look for a building with fewer nests. My only (small) complaint is a challenge with the mail delivery system.
