Kristy is absolutely wonderful ! I ended up living here twice because I loved it so much . There are cons but that’s living in apartments, the staff did take care of serious issues quickly which was much appreciated! We absolutely loved our neighbors, some we stayed away from but they didn’t last there long . I have never encountered any aggressive dogs or bed bugs. If I could give this place zero stars I would. It’s so cockroach ridden, parking lot is so horrible. They won’t fix the parking lot but the apt manger is claiming they’re about to fix it which is a lie. You’ll come out to your car being spat on, your car being keyed, and your tires slashed among other things. When you walk your dogs you gotta be careful because someone that lives there has aggressive dog that will attack you and won’t do anything because you didn’t see what apt they came from. Rented from them years ago. They told me months after moving in my roommate didn't pass the background check and couldn't live there but refused to do anything about it. He got drunk and threatened me and other neighbors with a knife. I had to move due to mountain shadows refusal to take action, and they slapped $3000 on my credit for a slummy apartment that was paid through the time I left. Bunch of crooks with slum lord properties!
