The gf and I took our 4 month old kitten there cause he had gotten sick and wouldn't eat or drink and was vomiting, so when we got there the Dr diagnosed his having a upper respiratory infection without doing any blood work when there was something more wrong with him and had they done blood work they would been able to better diagnose his condition. I use to be a valued customer but I will never go there again after how they treated the kitten, needless to say the kitten got worse and within 12 hours of going to the vets he... read more

Our two Yorkies are our "babies," who we refer to as "the Boys!!!!" ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Mt Shadow's staff has always taken great care of our puppies. The Vet has always listened to all our questions and concerns and answered them to our satisfaction. Also they call the next day to make sure everything is okay... Very impressive because a "family doctor " doesn't even do this... Keep up the great work... You are greatly appreciated!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This is where both of my cats go, love it! Very nice and compassionate and quality care :)
I highly recommend Dr. B! Our dog Hines was diagnosed with diabetes and pancreatitis and had to be admitted for 4 days. Him and his staff took excellent care of him. While there, I got updates throughout the day and even after Hines came home they still wanted to know about his well being. They truly care about their patients!
Mountain Shadow has treated our dogs as if they were their own. Dr. Layne is the bests. Lizzy loves her. Thank you for all you do. All the techs and office personal. They all come over to talk to and pet Lizzy.
