I am so grateful for the excellent care my cat Bo received from Dr Maslyn and the staff at Mountain Shadow. He unfortunately had a window come down on his left front leg & it was crushed beyond repair. I had to make the decision to either put him down or have it amputated. I chose to have it amputated. I do not regret it at all. He just got his stitches out today & is doing well. THANKS FOR THE GREAT CARE OF MY BABY BO!
Dr. B was very informative and patient while treating my GSP. He called me twice to go over treatment options for her lupus diagnosis. I feel like I finally found the perfect vet!
I just want take a moment to thank Mountain Shadow Veterinary Hospital for their extremely kind, caring response to our losing Sierra...they took terrific care of her in life, but also after her passing...it can't be easy in their business dealing with this type of thing as much as they do, but the fact that they still took the time to personally reach out to us and treat us and Sierra with such care and respect means the world...well done by them ❤️
Had to put my 14 year old cat, cupcake down about 2 weeks ago. Mountain shadow is great tho. They are very caring people and so nice with the symphony card I received in the mail. Special thank you to Elissa! it wasn't an easy time but with the help of their staff I know she was in good hands.
My first experience was with my PitBull mix (Sami) back in late 2001 for a "second opinion" when she developed canine lymphoma. The staff was extremely caring and supportive during Sami's last days. Because of the positive first impression, I started taking my Chow Chow, Simba, and they were always so good to him (he passed at 14 1/2 yrs old in 2009). I brought my 14 and half year cat there. My husband and I agreed to no more extreme measures for her to let her die with dignity. She developed thyroid disease and then pancreatitis. I was made to feel like a criminal when I said to euthanize. I am completely heart broken and the experience there has made me nothing but hateful to every person who works there.
Been taking my golden there since she was 2 months old. They always showed compassion and cared for her.
