Love mountain shadow vet! Paxton, River and Nautilus feel safer there. Paxton and Nautilus had bad experiences as puppies with a vet which caused them to lose all trust in Vets but Dr.B and DR Lindsay helped with that. They take their time and don’t forcibly put my dogs in uncomfortable situations they get them to trust them first! This place does nothing but try to squeeze every last cent out of families. We’ve been bringing our 3 cats and 2 dogs here since we moved here in 2014. Recently, in the last two years, it’s been a dumpster fire. Appointments are wrong, billing is incorrect, one person tells you one thing and someone else tells you something else. It’s ridiculous. Thank you for seeing my boy, Jack on Monday. 12/07/20. He already had 3 follow-up phone calls checking on him. He's starting to feel better! Your staff is amazing and treated Jack so special when he was sick especially since I could not go in with him due to Covid. Thank you from the bottom of my heart❤️
They are always fantastic with my 2 furrbabies!!! All the techs and especially Dr. B works his butt off every day to take care of all the animals. Thank you all so much for what you do!!!!

I took my dog to mountain shadow because I thought she was pregnant. Dr Truly didn't want to check her out or do a xray to find out. She then agreed to do one even tho she was not happy about it. She came back in the room happier then when she left with my dog saying I am so happy you forced me to do the xray she has pyometra "pus in the uterus". Thank you Dr. B.!!!! Maisie is going to have a much fuller life now that we have a definitive diagnosis. Dr. B was very informative and explained everything. Dr. B you changed Maisies life forever. I can't tell you how incredibly grateful we are for that. I can already see improvement and see that she's feeling better. I wish you were local to us, you for sure would be our regular vet. You diagnosed her faster than any vet we have gone to in the last 3 and a half years. You listened to my concerns and explained everything.
