Living here is rough. The neighbors are so loud at any time of the day. I had to call the police a couple of weeks ago since there is some domestic violance going on in my building. This has been an ongoing issue since a couple of months ago and I talked to the people in the leasing office and they didn’t do anything about it. I originally had several complaints about their care of the facilities, but I have since lost my patience, so I'm going to tell everyone outright. Do not live here. The do not make repairs, they insert several devious clauses into your lease to prevent you from actually living your life, they neglect every complaint sent their way. I have been waiting to have a severe leak repaired for over a year. This is not a habitable apartment. This isn't even decent enough to be called a prison. Living at mountain run appartments has been a good experience for my wife and I. We enjoy apartment & would recommend new movers to consider. The maintenance department has been responsive and friendly making repairs. Property management has also been easy to work with and speak to when needed. Rent is also reasonably priced. I was grossed out by other complexes we visited prior to moving here. Every chance they get to charge me more they jump on without a second thought to anyone do not live here. The property management is a joke, everyone in their office is unnecessarily hostile and they constantly make modifications to your lease without your knowledge or agreement. I personally will be seeking legal advocacy. No one else should fall for these horrible people's trap of negligence and neglect for the buildings they are supposed to be caring for, as well as complete negligence of proper repairs, or even common co... read more
if you expect quick response times and timely repairs, this aint the place. If something brakes expect it to be broken and stay broken for an extended period. very frustrating. Fortunately, I was able to move elsewhere.
