The AC barely works even after they replaced it. They charge you a pest control fee and then the apartment is still full of bugs all summer. They charged me fees each month for "renters insurance non compliance" even though I bought exactly what they told me to and showed it to them a dozen times and got confirmation each time that the fee would not show up the next month. Just avoid this place. I will happily edit my review if I can at least be refunded of these unjust fees.

I lived here in 2023 and i’m still dealing with the consequences… I went to work one day and came back to the locks being changed, no notice, no consent, two people who weren’t on the lease had keys and i didn’t even know. The maintenance man moved my stuff out of my room and moved someone else’s stuff in. I’ve tried to work with mountain run and their attorneys and they are saying it was “my fault” even though i have texts of them admitting they changed the locks and shouldn’t have. Living here is rough. The neighbors are so loud at any time of the day. I had to call the police a couple of weeks ago since there is some domestic violance going on in my building. This has been an ongoing issue since a couple of months ago and I talked to the people in the leasing office and they didn’t do anything about it. I have reported the incident by email and no response. Yesterday a neighbor had to call the police at midnight again because of the domestic violence going on. I originally had several complaints about their care of the facilities, but I have since lost my patience, so I'm going to tell everyone outright. Do not live here. The do not make repairs, they insert several devious clauses into your lease to prevent you from actually living your life, they neglect every complaint sent their way. I have been waiting to have a severe leak repaired for over a year. This is not a habitable apartment. This isn't even decent enough to be called a prison.
