Every place has its pros and cons. There are issues here like anywhere else. We had some issues with our trash bill and the AC. However, management and maintenance were very patient with us, during a hard time we were having in our personal lives. They dealt professionally with me getting on them about things and we were very happy here. Mike is wonderful and I know the leasing office is really working hard to improve any and all issues. Would recommend.

Management here will squeeze every dollar they can out of you. Doesn’t matter if it’s their mistake — they’ll still find a way to charge you for it. We finally moved out because the way they treat tenants is just draining. Save yourself the headache and look somewhere else.

We recently moved out, and I’m extremely disappointed with how management treated us before and after leaving. They’re now charging $405 for tub resurfacing, even though the tub was already scratched when we moved in. On top of that, management gave our address to another person while we were still living there, and that person ended up putting the utilities in their name. Lived here for 9 months and have a lease for a year. Reason being we had to move out early is because like mentioned in other reviews there are loads of ELM bugs. We paid for pest control monthly but called in and they said we had to get on a list to get pest control. They then said they treated them with an illegal pesticide that was very hazardous. The AC barely works even after they replaced it. They charge you a pest control fee and then the apartment is still full of bugs all summer. They charged me fees each month for "renters insurance non compliance" even though I bought exactly what they told me to and showed it to them a dozen times and got confirmation each time that the fee would not show up the next month. Just avoid this place. I will happily edit my review if I can at least be refunded of these unjust fees.
