Leah Hughs & her assistant Gisele are a great team! I have never felt better in my life & I am 66 years old. I feel very lucky to have found Mountain Roots Holistic. Leah keeps close tabs on my blood work for hormone, vitamin & thyroid (etc.) levels. Right now all is just where it should be thanks to her diligence & caring nature.
