I am very disappointed in this company. I had been working with them for months to get my roof replaced and a hole in my roof fixed. There were some barriers with this due to my AC unit being on the roof but I had a company willing and ready to come help remove the unit while the company did the roof work. In my communications with Bruce, we spoke over the phone and by text. When I spoke with Bruce over the phone, I asked many questions to ensure I understood what they needed and next steps.
