Fox 13 News did a story back in 2022 on the horrible soundproofing done on these condos and townhomes. Google "Fox 13 News Edge Homes Eagle". Myself and other have have dealt with this poor soundproofing in Edge condos. I bought my condo in Saratoga Springs in 2024. Don't make the mistake I did and do your research on this company and their build quality before buying! And be wary of these reviews on here trying to dismiss other people's bad experiences.

Communication with them is AWFUL. Their receptionists(whoever picks up the phone calls) is incredibly unhelpful and all they do is keep telling you to call other people and those other people literally can't help you because most issues are related to Edge Home. Don't be afraid to speak directly to their incredibly rude and unhelpful staff. Sales people are nice though. Awful customer service, with all due respect. Do better.
