Lonnie Smith was beyond amazing. Everyone in the office made me feel welcomed. Lonnie made it felt like I was moving into my home instead of an apartment. Absolutely the best service ever, the grounds are beautiful and I feel like I truly found my home.
Wade was quick and polite while inside our apartment, we also appreciated the same day help and that he wore a mask bc we are cautious with our newborn!
Amazing apartments wade is also super helpful and kind person
The ladies in the office were extremely helpful the entire time that I stayed here at the Mountain Ridge Apts.. I loved the little monthly things that they would do for the residence in the office. My kids absolutely loved it, and we enjoyed the pool when it was open during the summertime. The ladies that are now in the office I’ve spoken to throughout the month both Lonnie Smith and Audrey about an apartment and man things worked out great in a 24 hr time frame. Thank you so much
