I moved to Colorado about a year ago and was having trouble finding an apartment. I applied to mountain ridge without even doing a tour and have been pleased since! Everybody is so nice here, for the most part it’s quiet, the space is perfect, and my cat loves the sliding door to the balcony and bedroom window. It's cheap for a reason. Pet owners are not required to clean up after there pets. There's literally hundreds of piles of poop all around my little patio area and bedroom window. It's getting warmer the smell is terrible. I've been to office at least 8 times always told it'll get taken care of right now. Just went again and apparently I am bothering them. I even asked to use there poop scooper id clean up the neighbors poop. I really want to sit outside and grill not possible without tasting dog poop and cat. This is the 2nd... read more
I love this place, the management staff is amazing, the apartments are affordable and the community is great.
