I would highly recommend using KC as your realtor. I had a complex deal which involved the seller paying for a new roof, new well, and a new septic. I really appreciated KC taking the reins so I didn’t have to worry about all the little details. He’s super responsive and never once dropped the ball on anything. I’ll use him again on my next home purchase without hesitation.
KC was absolutely amazing to work with and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor! He went above and beyond from the very beginning to after the sale closed, and I am so grateful to have been able to work with him!
