KC and his team went completely above and beyond everything we could have expected from a Real Estate agent. He wasn't pushy, was always honest with his opinions, so communicative whenever we had questions and helped us deal with a Mortgage Broker who was very unhelpful (to put it lightly). I highly recommend Mountain Realty if you are looking for a Real Estate agent in the Evergreen/Conifer area. They helped us find our dream home within our budget and we couldnt have done it without them!

We were SO very impressed with Mountain Realty and Development making the sale of our mountain home as stress-free as possible. I have absolutely no idea why it is so hard to communicate electronically for this group of brokers. First, they don’t put enough information on the listing for people to figure out if they want it from a distance. They don’t know how to do anything outside of a phone call. I don’t have time for this. John Adams doesn’t know how to communicate with electronics. Is this the kind of Realtor that you want representing your property? From start to finish, K.C. and his team at Mountain Realty & Development met all of our needs when searching for land. K.C. was responsive, attentive, and thorough throughout the entire process.
