I was the lender on a recent Evergreen purchase with K.C. and it was one of the smoothest mountain deals I've closed. He knows the details that matter up here, communicates early and often, and always puts his clients first. Highly recommend.

KC and his team went completely above and beyond everything we could have expected from a Real Estate agent. He wasn't pushy, was always honest with his opinions, so communicative whenever we had questions and helped us deal with a Mortgage Broker who was very unhelpful (to put it lightly). I highly recommend Mountain Realty if you are looking for a Real Estate agent in the Evergreen/Conifer area. They helped us find our dream home within our budget and we couldnt have done it without them!

K.C. continued to keep me apprised of current listings and price reductions, allowing me feel connected and informed about all relevant properties in the area. K.C. listened to what we wanted in... read more
