Horrible place. Totally unprofessional. They are money hungry and all they want to do is bill the insurance company. I am filing a complaint with the board of Podiatry. The Dr. talks like a sailor and screams to her office assistances like they are at a bar. Don’t go here! Go anywhere but here! Terrible terrible services and the products they try to hustle on you is bad quality!
VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE – I was very pleased with my first visit. The staff was friendly and efficient. Waiting time was only 15 min. The Doc is very friendly and informative. I guess they have turned things around since the last review because this is a professional office and a class act.
SORRY, BUT NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE – I have to agree with the other review regarding staff. I've never been to another doctor's office where the staff was so uninterested, unhelpful and almost rude, and that was just while I was there. Later working with the billing department was really a headache. Even if you like the doctor, it wasn't worth it. I'd never go back.
All Toes Up! – Doctor appointments have never been very high on my ?Fun to Do? list. However Dr. J. Politz and her office are definite exception. Her professionalism, positive and sunny personality , well managed staff and very pleasant front office are very unique not only in Las Vegas area but anywhere.
Great doctor and staff except for front desk reception!! – I was referred to Dr. Politz by my family doctor and think she is Great!!!!!!!!!! She works with her father and is very straight forward with the paitent. Her attitude with the paitent makes you feel a little more secure about your visit.
