I am a medical professional, I work in this field to this day and have never been so disheartened, disgruntled and disgusted with a healthcare institution as I am with OrthoONE Trauma/Swedish. If I could give 0 stars I would. I fell & fractured the head of my radius in Oct, I went to a Swedish ER & I received a hard splint and sling. The ER doc said to follow up at an Orthopaedic clinic for review and assessment of my fracture. OrthoOne was the quickest to get me an appt & I wish I had never gone to this clinic. Thanks for everything that you guys did to save my arm. It was a tough week but I appreciate all the help that dr smith and Morgan did for my arm. Really great doctors and they make you feel so comfortable. Specially when you’re dealing with what I dealt with.
