I deducted one star for food because my meatball sandwich was soggy. Bread should of been toasted. Besides that everyone loved their food. Staff is super friendly and work hard to serve everyone. Onion rings were some of best I have had. I would go again just order something different.
We were able to sit down immediately but we waited around 25 -30 minutes to order, and waited for an hour for sandwiches. People who ordered hot food after us got their meals, ate, left and new people came sat down, and ordered. Our server didn't come over once after we ordered and when I went up to the front to ask about our food the server was disrespectful. My wife and I traveled from Texas to visit Big Bear Lake. While we were there, we wanted to try some local food instead of the chains. Mountain Munchies proved to be an excellent choice. My wife ordered the Grilled Chicken Ceasar Salad. I ordered the Beef Dip Sandwich with Au Jus and a side of Onion Rings.
