The best experience with any vehicle purchase/trade in I have ever had, and I have purchased many vehicles in my life. They literally will bend over backwards to ensure you are a satisfied customer. The sales, service, and management staff are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable on the products the sell and service. If I lived 30 miles from them, I would still do business with them over any other dealership in the area. I recommend them to all my friends or anyone else who is looking to purchase anything they sell.
We went to the new Mountain Motorsports store in Lawrenceville to look at some dirt bike riding gear. We were greeted as we came in, again about halfway thru the showroom and once more when we got in the parts area. The parts dept. staff was excellent and thanked us for our business. Great attitude & very knowledgeable - we will be back.
Excellent service. The service manager took care of my bike immediately. Bike was clean and all work was explained/ shown to me. I Recommend this shop to anyone with motorcycle needs. Awesome showroom as well.
I've been here a few times as it's local to me. I've always had a good experience with them. I've used them for service and bought parts when needed. When I buy my next ATV, it will be from here more than likely. I'm not sure why the other reviews were so poor.
