My family and I went in to get out of this heat and enjoy some pizza, but that's not what we got. We walked into a hot restaurant ordered $50 worth of pizza, waited almost 40 min for the pizza to come out and one of those pizzas was soggy. Not to mention the soda was warm and there was no ice in the soda machine to cool it down. All around a horrible experience and they'll be lucky if we go back.
One of the guys working there questioned me about the 20% tip I left on a to go order and asked if it was because of the mistake made with the pizza. I had to explain it was a 20% tip. Which I felt was more than deserved as He also made a lot of other comments I could hear from the other side of the restaurant. Everyone else was nice but the comments of one ruined my experience. Not going back there.
Ordered last night pizza came shoved to one side in the box. We called to tell them and they offered to send a large out ASAP .... super nice but when you have 6 people to feed after baseball it's tough to say - only a few can eat the rest need to wait - no offer to refund but in the plus side the next pizza only took 33 minutes - won't be ordering again... that was a 50.00 fail !
Awesome pizza and a very friendly staff. I highly recommend visiting Mountain Mike's Rohnert Park.
At first I thought you were kidding with the price and then I took a bite. I'm a fan for life and so is my family.
So because Hannah got baptized today, she got to have whatever she wanted for dinner. She picked Mountain Mikes (the best pizza in town). So I ordered a half and half pizza online. In the comments I asked if they could put an"H" on Hannah's side and that she had gotten baptized today. The pizza guy got here and I opened it, it was awesome. He told me that the manager made it personally and everyone there sent their "congratulations"! Thanks Mountain Mikes Rohnert Park!
