I ordered pizza and churros on line from the McHenry location. When they arrived almost 2 hours later and after it rode around in the back seat of the delivery car for over 20 minutes ( the restaurant is 1.5 miles from us); the pizza and churros arrived, cold.I called to talk to the manager and got a shift leader. they are very bad at business practice's need to learn customer skills
So disappointed in this location. How can your employees treat customers with disabilities so rude and hurtful? I'm sure you could imagine how embarrassed and how upset a person can be being rushed to eat, having to ask for the restroom code, but to be ignored multiple times and when they got it the employees acted like it was an "inconvenience" for them. You should be ashamed on how you treated them, especially the manager of that shift to allow employees to blatantly discriminate against people with disabilities.
SHAME on Mountain Mike's they wouldn't let adults with disabilities eat with their paying customers peers just bc a few of them have dietary restrictions they were asked to leave #discrimination
They don’t allow people and disabled people to bring in their lunch to eat with others who are purchasing from their establishment. But yet, other people can throw parties and bring their treats that is outside food. Totally makes sense. 🙄 Feel free for you to tell the families of these people who you refused the establishment and services to. I bet you won’t now.
