The quality and taste of the food isn’t what it used to be. The pizza had a burned taste to it, even though it did not appear to be burned.

The pizza was good but we waited an hour and ten minutes to get it. They gave the excuse that they gave it to the wrong table two times. Their apology didn’t seem sincere with giving a cheese bread to us 5 minutes after we got our pizza.

This place has trouble counting to 6 correctly... I ordered 6 wings and a mountain pizza only to get 5 wings. I called the store to let them know however i was met with incompetence by the name of "Jennifer". She told me to come pick up my one wing or get a 15% discount. 1st i chose the discount and was asked for my name to be written down for my next visit. I’ve ordered pizza � to be delivered to Made In Paradise for the last three years on Feb 28th for my niece Miss Sherry’s Birthday.......she is going to be 50 this year....she’s a leap year baby, Down Syndrome. Mountain Mikes always makes sure that they are on time since the clients there eat promptly at 11:30......I appreciate their effort to make this all come together for this special day. Just ordered a 14" pizza by delivery and got a 13" pizza, with a 14" box. Where's my other inch? $28.00. Called and reason is they cant guarantee a 14" pizza, so why lie in the advertisement. Three employees said they were the manager, then said the manager would be in tomorrow. Bad customer service. Poor quality of food. Never ordering again.

Dianne – Thanks for reaching out to let us know about your experience. You are correct in that we advertise the pizza sizes based on diameter as it’s a better visual for our customer base. As with anything, there is some ‘grey area’ that happens when our dough is stretched and cooked in the oven. We can’t get the diameter spot-on every time but we DO measure out the amount of dough to the exact ounce before shaping the crust.
