Sent me to collections. I have no recollection of ever using your service. It said I used you guys in March 2017??? I called your office and my records could not be found with my social, address, date of birth, full name, etc. Let's pretend I did use your service in March of 2017 and was not told or it was not clear. Had a wonderful experience, they are so organized and seem to truly care about their patients.
Posting for my friend. Awful, disorganized company, incompetent employees, and very, very, very poor communication! Didn't bill my insurance, then I received a notice they needed my insurance info (which I know they had as I just used their service 1 month prior.) I tried calling it in but was on hold for 30 minutes. Mailed photocopies of front & back of insurance card. Then I get a bill, still have not billed my insurance.
