This is the company contracted with my home warranty company for my rental. They have made appointments twice with my tenants, and missed both of them. They will not answer the phone to me, to my property management company, or my tenant. I understand they WILL pick up with my home warranty company, but then they make promises that they do not keep.
Assigned by my homeowner's warranty company. This business never called to confirm claim or at all. I left multiple voicemail messages and never received a return call from anyone in the office. Would not recommend this business at all unless you don't care about your a/c getting fixed.
