We were travel thru Alabama/Georgia/Tennessee area on a nationwide trip. Our AC starting giving us issues and we found Dale. It was about 7pm on a Saturday. He called us back and directed us to an RV park close to him. We were afraid that since it was the weekend, we wouldn’t be able to get it fixed until the following week. Called Dale to have him come and help us with our RV. He was booked solid but told us if we couldn’t get anyone else to come out he would come. Had someone else come out and he did not know what he was doing. I called Dale and he gave me suggestions on what The technician should do and went above and beyond and called freightliner to give them the information on our camper and then called us back and told us what needed to be done. There’s no way we can say thank you enough! I will very definitely use him in the future

SUPER nice father and son team! Came out late to ensure my grooming van had air and that the puppies don't get hot! Affordable, fair and honest. Don't hesitate to call them!

We were camping in Lafayette. After setting up we noticed we didn't have full power in our 5th wheel. Called Mountain Man and I explained what was going on. He suggested a couple of things for us to check and it didn't work. They were able to come within an hour and a half to see what was going on. After checking everything it was nothing with our camper but it was the electrical box. We called the owner and he came and fixed it. We were camping at Cloudland Canyon and ready to leave and one of our slide outs would not retract. I would highly recommend Dale to service your motorhome. He was very quick to diagnose the problem and was able to retract our slideout. The problem was in the switch control and thank goodness it wasn’t in the batteries r the solenoids. Keep up the great work. Pricing was very reasonable!
