Their crew always do a really nice job for us. – We have been using this company since April 2010 and I am very satisfied with what they do. Their crew always does a really nice job for us every time they come and clean. By far the best cleaning service we have used. – These people are by far the best cleaning service we have used. The previous cleaning company would just rush through our home and try to get finished as quickly as the could. In contrast these people take their time and pay attention to the detail and do it the way we would do it ourselves. My wife and I are very satisfied with the outcome. SO BAD I CANNOT BELIEVE IT! – So... the crew was supposed to be here between 2-3 PM and it's 6 PM and they haven't showed up... We have talked with many people in the company in the last four hours and they all promised the crew was on its way... Finally, we just called and they said the maids left because they couldn't call because they don't have a cell phone???!!!! WTF! WE had to call ONCE AGAIN to find this out!?!?!?! They are wonderful. Nice people to do business with. – I am a regular client of Mountain Maids and have been using them for about 8 years now. I have been very happy with their service. The ladies that have been cleaning my house and are doing a wonderful job. Their attitude and quality of work are excellent; and I am very satisfied.

I am Very Happy with their service – We are a current customer and use them every other week to clean our home. We are very pleased with the two women that the company has been sending us that clean our house. I am a very meticulous person and this means a lot coming from me. A 5 year-old Could Do a Better Clean – I scheduled a before move-in deep clean and was left with barely a surface job. I was unable to communicate to the crew that came as they spoke little English. I assumed that the office manager told them which service had been requested. When I arrived home later, I found that only the sinks, counters and mirrors were cleaned. The floors were still dirty as were the cabinets, baseboards, ceiling fans etc. When I later got a hold of the office manager she offered to send someone in again... read more
