Courteous, prompt, and honest. Brian refunded our deposit when our previous property manager nickled and dimed us for what was obviously normal wear and tear. A sprinkler head went goofy on a window and he came and fixed it after hours. Best property manager in the valley.
Brian Emerick is a thief & a lousy property manager. I rented one of his properties for a little over 3 years. When I moved in, the house was not ready to be moved into (even though he had changed my move-in date twice). My children & I had to deal with men working in our new home for the first 2 weeks of living there. Several things were left unfinished.
