This is the worse Urgent Care I have been to. I would suggest even if dying, don’t go here
If you are looking to be cared for, or ultimately respected as a human being this place is the last place to go. The "doctor" supposedly wrote a prescription that I NEVER received and when I went back in to tell them (never left the premises) there was nothing they could do! Now my personal info is laying around their office b/c they can't keep track of paperwork! I'm pretty sure that breaks all types of laws, especially HIPPA!!! I've been twice this week and have gotten nothing but top notch care. I don't have a primary doctor in NC yet and they set me up with one. Getting taken care of and in a reasonable amount time. Nurses and physicians are outstanding here!
My daughter was seen on Thurs Mar 3 and we had a great experience but she tested positive for a bacteria in her stomach that made her severely ill. They notified us on Saturday eve about the results and called in an Rx which we found out on Sunday while trying to pick it up that it was no longer available. I was sick when I went CHUC the dr call me back in about 25 to 30 minutes. The Dr came right in. Thanks already feeling some relief.
