Love this veterinarian clinic, I highly suggest it to everyone with pets that I meet. I'm sure my hearford neighbors are sick of me bragging, that my cats and dog get the best care in Sevierville, I might pass by a few Newport vets,to get the mountain home,but its worth the drive. I want the best best care for my four legged friends,and here at mountain home,I've only received top notch care.I should know considering I too am a retired animal technician. While vacationing this past week, my 14 year old Bichon fell off a couch in our cabin, I knew immediately he was hurt! Being 5 hours away from home I was terrified! I knew no vets in the area! I quickly did a google search and found these angels! They got him right in, X-rays confirmed he’d dislocated his right hip! Thank you for helping us out! We had to evacuate a couple of weeks ago for the hurricane, and had our sick cat with us who became dehydrated and needed attention. You guys did an awesome job making room in your schedule for us right away and Samurai felt so much better afterwards!
I highly recommend Dr. Lily and his staff! Aside from their welcoming personalities, they're efficient in their work. I felt very comfortable with my dog in their caring hands!
My Chihuahua, Abby, had been a patient of Mt. Home Veterinarn Clinic for all of her 17 years. I had never considered taking her anywhere else because of the excellent care she received. When she reached the last of her life, Dr. Chris Buckner explained to me my options in the kindest way possible. His staff was sympathetic and extremely gentle with my beloved pet. $583+72=$655.00 seems to be a pretty high cost for cleaning teeth that were in great shape and trimming nails. We will not be visiting your clinic again. It is too expensive for us.
