Love this place and the staff too. Very good place to workout.
Ahhhh...a gym with owners and staff that want to take care of members young and old, athletic or out of shape and any place in-between.
Great place for seniors.Silver Sneaker program is awesome. Only thing missing. is the pool for those who would benefit from water aerobics.
So happy they fixed the tennis court. Looks tons better.
